I am told I am not being "supportive enough " with the children . I must back her up 100%.
I say the wrong thing like "he's alright " and BANG I cop it like I have had an affair or killed someone .
I really am just being myself but because its not like her its no good.
I can't really work out how to support her plan / goal of happy successful children , as they are great kids but apparently you have to keep at them and not let them be lazy .

Am told to talk to other men about there kids , sure... all men say there kids are the smartest and men don't usually talk about this subject , its all work , work.

Could you please re-phrase the question? I'm not sure I understand what it is.

Look... you have to work together...

Not all one person or the other. You need to talk about and agree and then support each other. You can't just go and do and then expect the other to follow.

And yes children to need constant maintenance. Always push them a little harder... but even more so... recognize what they're doing good. Never forget positive reinforcement.
