Hey guys,

I was wondering if you all can help me out with some a/c unit advice for a new home I am about to purchase. They rave about their hvac being rated at 14 seer, however I noticed the outside unit has a 13 seer rating. When I questioned the builder about it, they simply stated that the inside unit is a 4 ton, and the outside unit is a 3.5 ton, so this would then average out to 14 seer rating. I did manage to take pictures of both the inside and outside stickers of the units, so any information you all can provide would be really helpful to see if they are indeed lying to me. Thanks.
