Movie has a little girl being told a fantasy type story by a man who is injured. She steals pills for him from the medicine cabinets at the hospital. I think it may be in spain. Really colorful movie, kind of fantasy. I remember there being a sultan type and there were a couple of others that, in the story, accompanied him on his journey. I think it may have went straight to dvd but blockbuster had it a while back. I think that it was a movie by spike lee
