It's not as bad as it used to be, but I still have intense fears about my boyfriend ever leaving me or passing away.
Today I happened upon a post by someone who's fiancé died, and it scares me so much thinking about that ever happening. I don't think I could handle it.

I have anxiety pretty bad, I've actually improved a lot with my fears of my loved ones dying, but does anyone have any advice for what I can do to keep these fears away?

I know that we can't live life worrying about something that might happen, we have to live life to the fullest and focused on today, but whenever the topic is brought before me I just shudder with the fear of what could be. Even thoughs of losing my mom or my brother or any number of those I love, it terrifies me.

:(

We all fear for our loved ones, and how we would cope if they died...

But,its about the only guarantee we have in life...

We will all die.

Now,that may sound morbid, but it is a fact of life. You cannot avoid it.

Dwelling on it,and worrying about it will not change it.

Love the ones in your life with all your heart, live your life.

Are you going to waste your life worrying about something you cannot do anything about, when you can have the best life you possibly can.
