I've had a vodka bottle in my closet for 3 weeks or so. I have opened it 3 weeks ago and drank half of it... and it hasn't been opened since then... is it still safe to drink it now?

I would imagine so.
My question is why did you post this in addictions.
Are you addicted to alcohol?

I am just guessing here. You are not old enough to drink? Then my answer is no, not safe to drink. To further that, not safe to drink a half a bottle at any age.

Sorry to disagree but that is not necessarily true.

I meant no disrespect to you Alisha. Yes, vodka stays safe to drink after sitting in a closet for three weeks. Jumped the gun on not knowing your age or how big the bottle was in my prev. answer. Addiction is a serious issue to comment on without knowing all the facts. Sorry.

Alcohol has a very long shelf date. Be careful in your intake though. Having a drink or two is OK, as long as you don't drink all the time.
I too, would like to know why this is in the "addictions" section.

Same here.
3 weeks is nothing, I have a rather large collection of opened spirits and only use them on occasion to make cocktails.
I am wondering why you would have Vodka in your closet though?
Do you need to hide it from someone?
