I have got dyed black hair (with nice & easy) darkest brown which is jet black
I dyed it two weeks ago and the colour has only faded slightly,I have bleach damaged hair underneath this dye... all my hair melted when I last put bleach on it in may so I opted for the brunette look which came out black my hair is now feeling healthier after countless hair cuts and treatments,I have today purchased goldwell colour remover in the hope that this will take the black out and I can try and get to my original dark blonde hair... my question is... do I have to bleach it again after I have used the colour remover?a professional is diong this on Tuesday but my hair has to be strand tested first and I opted to purchase the colour remover in the hope that bleach will not be used?
Any answers would be a great help thanks :D

Any change of letting your hair settle for a while?

It sounds like you would have very damaged hair from all that bleaching and dying.

I definitely wouldn't recommend bleaching your hair after it has already been bleached and dyed... most hairdressers would not touch your hair for fear of being sued if it fell out or you had a lot of breakage.

Hair isn't alive. It can't rest, and it doesn't heal. Basically, if you've damaged your hair, it'll stay damaged until you grow it out and cut it off.

ColorFix, Color Zap and Color Oops are three color removers. If you wish to go back to blonde, you'll have to use one of these and then bleach out what won't come out with these. This process (or these processes) will damage your hair further. With a little luck and a lot of conditioning, it won't break off. In your case, it is likely that it will.

Well here is my update guys...
It has all gone great I I am presently strawberry blonde very even colour and I have highlights in the front,it was achieved by my mobile hairdresser,we firstly used goldwell colour remover, which did manage to lift the black out of my hair,to a meduim brown this did not damage my hair whatsoever,it did smell a buit of rotten eggs but worth it!then we used 20%vol bleack full head for 30 minutes under the watchfull eye of my hair dresser, which took me to strawberry blonde, very even colour not oatchy at all then 2weeks later after I gave my hair lots of tlc it feels so soft and silky, and I had a little trim also then I had some 30%vol bleached highlights at the front and sides everybody loves my hair I go again this Tuesday for some more gighlights at the back of my head then November I am going full head colour with my usual tint to get me back to sinkissed blonde for christmas hope this helps ladies xx
