I have a few questions about oxy. First is What is the best way to get off oxy? Also, does anyone know what it does to your blood pressure? What are the different ways it is used and how does each one affect your body? Thank you, concerned.

If you are on oxy - please get help. My 20 y/o daughter is addicted, tried to quit but has friends who use. Now she has virtually ruined her life - she was just arrested for four different charges (all felonies). Makes you feel numb, not think of consequences, and it takes more than out patient rehab to get clean. Please if you or another person you know needs help do it now before its too late. She smoked it, and it lowered her BP, and lowered her respirations. Next time she may not wake up. I didn't know how bad a drug it was but its affected our entire family.

The best way to get off Oxycontin is go to detox, rehab, then get in a 12 step program.
