My car won't start when I crank it but once I spray starter fluid in the intake it turns onand stays on

The ignition system is likely so weak that it will only fire off with starting fluid. Perform general maintenance on the car:

. Replace spark plugs (NGK only) with the exact ones that came in the car.

. Replace Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, if they have never been replaced:

I recommend replacing the ICM and coil every 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first.

. Replace spark plug wires, rotor, and distributor cap, if they have not been replaced in 80,000 miles. Use dielectric grease on connectors.

. Clean throttle plate, throttle body, and upper and lower ports.

. Clean air box and install new air filter.

. Replace fuel filter.

. Add Shell Regane or Chevron Techron to the gas.

I already replaced plugs rotor cap fuel filter wires coil about a month ago and it has a k&n air filter
