You are only 13
Just listen o your mother
She trying to raise you right
Yeah there are things you aren't going
To want to do. But in the end you could
Be surpised with how your mother reacts

Its not 'im 13 years old YET she controls me'
Its 'you are ONLY 13 years old, and SHE SHOULD control you'
At least in the dating aspect.
You are too young to be worried about girls.
But that's just my opinion.

How could you possibly lose (not "loose") a girl whose mother won't let her date yet either? Aren't you creative enough to think of fun and sweet things you can do without dating?
Do you two attend the same school or church? Write her a cute letter (and be sure to check your spelling - no worse turnoff than a guy who can't spell) and draw some silly pictures to make her laugh. Write her a poem. Tell her jokes and ask her riddles (library has lots of books to help). My first boyfriend was when I was 13 and he was a year ahead of me. We didn't date, of course, but we hung out together in our church's youth group and got to be good friends and ended up going to the same college. As for being creative, he took Latin in h.s. so would write me short notes in Latin. I didn't marry him, but I still have those notes. (I took Latin in h.s. too -- maybe so I could translate his notes!)
Stop being so dramatic! Use your brain and your imagination. Be friends with girls now. When you drive and have the use of a car, you will be so glad you established that kind of a foundation with them.
