My girlfriend of 1 year 8 months broke up with me last Monday because she didn't feel the same towards me. She says we are close, but on a best friend level. We are both seniors at HS and she comes over my house to change for track. In the middle of it, we start to fool around with each other (except she didn't want to kiss me until she said I was over her? So basically she's given me head and I have ate her out... after we broke up). And she has had me take off her clothes for her tohelp her get changed for practice...
Does she still like me? Could she have stopped liking me because we would literally hang out everyday in the summer and every day on the weekends during school time junior year? I have always been so good to her. Is there any way I can win her back?

When she said she didn't feel the same towards you she was probably talking about the emotional connection. There are different aspects of "feeling" in a relationship; obviously you and her are still very much sexually attracted to each other, and that's fine. Usually the physical compatibility remains in tact. You are not over her because you would not have posted this, but she is holding you ransom. She is using you for play, as she is comfortable with you. Don't let her do this, its not condusive to your healing and moving on. Don't let her come over to your house anymore, or if you do don't go in the room with her and fool around. Tell her this. Make a clear point to end this behavior, but if she would like you two can remain "friends" just as she said. Friends don't fool around like so. Its disrespectful to the relationship.

So let me get this straight.
1) She told you that she doesn't feel the same about you anymore. Feelings can't be forced, so you can't "win" someone back. She has to have feelings for you naturally.
2) She's using you as a friends with benefits type guy. Which is giving you false hope.
3) She's using your place as a changing place to get ready for track. Because it's convenient for her and again giving you false hope.
4) She has no more commitment towards you, so she's free to date whoever she wants. Yet you're still holding on to her because you feel like you still have a chance. You've become her backup plan. She can go find whoever she wants. If it dosen't work out with the new guys, she can always come crying back to you.
My question is: WHY?
She made it clear that she doesn't want a relationship with you anymore. Why are you still torturing yourself?
Stop talking to her. Stop being her dormat. Stop this friends with benefits arrangement. Tell her to find someone else to change. Leave her out of your life, otherwise you're just going to keep getting hurt and setting yourself up for disappointment.

You can't get a girl back, the only thing you can do is let her know how you feel about her and let her back in if she decides that she wants to be with you. If not, You got to move on.

As long as your fooling around of course those hormones will be stirred up. But she has told you, its not about romance any more, just she is physically comfortable with you, but no commitment.
Friends with benefits, is what you have, but only until something better comes along, and NO, there is no getting her back as a girlfriend.
Why should she want you as a boyfriend, when she comes and goes, as she pleases, and you still make out??
Lust has got you, not love. That's been gone, and your hooked, but she isn't any more.
Get over the false hope, and end this love slave stuff you have fallen into.

You can't make her want you,and you can't make her love you.. either she does or not...
You can however decide if your going to be used as masturbation tool, and a changing room..
That does not sound appealing really..
Listen to the advice from the above posters and decide your not doing this and you deserve more.

I agree with Red.
Just back off and let her go her own way. Yeah... it's going to hurt but you'll be happier in the long run.
