So sorry JudyKay Tee the first time I was asking questions for my father and the second post was to get clairafication on those two spacific questions. Ohio is the state. I don't think the fact's are different? But it get's more complicated the more you now. For example My fathers ex-girlfriends oldest child is 23 years old. And she is dependent on my father and me. We operate as a family and we help her with all the struggles a young single mother of two goes threw.
