Ok so I've been on probation for 7 months already and I suppose to go for a year so its more than halfway over and my boyfriend just got a job promotion in Tifton Ga he's a general manager and had to move he wants me to come up there but my probation doesn't end till march I've paid everything on time finished all my classes it was for shoplifting I told my probation officer that I was wanting to move in a couple months because my boyfriend is paying for me to go to college since I can't afford it but I have to be living with him because I'm going to college in Georgia and she said that I would have to talk to a judge and that he may or may not do it .I was going to get my boyfriend to write a letter when I go to talk to the judge so that actually have evidence that I'm moving because the po said they had to have evidence. I even told her that its only 5 hours away from where I live now and they didn't even have to transfer the information its not that far I can still report once and month in cases like this what do they normally do?
