My mom put me on the birth control Implanon a few months ago. I want to get pregnant without asking her if I can have it removed. If she sees I want it removed, she will get suspicious, and she does not want me to get pregnant. Is there any way to get pregnant while on this birth control? I heard that birth control doesn't work whileon antibiotics.

Why did you agree to the birth control if you want to have a baby? How old are you?
While it's possible, the chances are slim that you will get pregnant on this form of birth control.
Antibiotics make the birth control PILL less effective.

If you over 16 you shouldn't need her permission to take it out. If you don't want her to find out go to planned parenthod they have to keep your files confidential. They should be able to take it out for you. Also if your thinking about getting pregnant you should take vitamins if you body is getting what it needs it will be easier to get pregnant. My saying is it's your body your choice but if you don't want to do the time don't do the crime 18 years is along time and having babies is hard work. Good luck to you.

If you are still living with your mother and under her rule then you are in no way ready to become a mother yourself.

It is extremely dangerous to have a pregnancy on the implanon.. research it hun ECTOPIC PREGNANCIES ON IMPLANON or just ECTOPIC pregnancy.. having a baby and your own family is awesome but your mother is always the best person to listen to when it comes to baby making.. good luck (:
