We the grandparents have non-parent sole managing conservator. She gave us joint managing then on her summer visit with the child she beat her ,punched her in the mouth, left her locked in car with windows up while she got her nails done then shopped at walmart. Locked her in dark room all day into night . When she came back she told us we took her to her doctor who she told everything .then c.p.s got involved and we went back to court and judge gave us sole custody and the mother is only allowed to have supervised visits at our home with us watching. We were told by our attorney we also got all school holidays , federal, religious, and birthday holidays. Mother argues that she gets 1-3-5 sat no matter what . Which is true? She was not given any holidays in the final court papers. Holidays wasn't even mentioned. The mother does not celebrate holidays of any kind due to her religion. Who has the right to the holidays??

If its not written out as exclusive then you have to stick with the current order. So how that is worded is how it goes.
