Hello,
This is my first time posting on this site and I am hoping someone can help me with my kitten. A friend of ours found 3 kittens on the side of the road with no mother. They were probably about 4 weeks old or so we think. We have taken one of the kittens in to live with us. We noticed when we brought her home that she has two different sized pupils and one of her eyes doesn't seem to completely close when she sleeps. We believe she was born this way as well. The other kittens have normal pupils and our kitten seems perfectly fine otherwise. She is now about 6-8 weeks old. She is eatting hard and soft food, goes to the bathroom regularly in her litter box and is extremely playful and energetic. Has anyone had experience with this?

Despite acting healthy, the kitten should go to a vet. It should be getting vaccines now anyway.

There's a lot of reasons this could be happening. Possibly an earlier injury? Possibly horners system, or even feline leukemia.

Best to get her in, and maybe do a feline leukemia/feline immunodeficiency virus screen.
