For the past week (with pain worsening by day,) I have had a sharp, throbbing pain in my lower left abdomen. The pain shoots down into my left thigh every now and then and continues up the left side of my abdomen.
Yesterday morning, I woke up with a scratchy throat and difficulty breathing randomly. Beginning this morning, after urination I have an almost black colored blood clotting. Also, I have a intense headache and earache. Any ideas as to what this could be?

We can't diagnose, sarbear. Not knowing your underlying medical conditions and the fact that it is difficult to do so over the net. But, if I had symptoms like yours, I would be at the hospital or doctor as soon as possible, especially with the H1N1 virus spreading.

There are too many red flags here. Either get to a critical care center or the ER. Critical care centers are reserved for non life threatening issues..

Unable to breath, s shooting pains and blood spell you need treatment ASAP.

You might even consider calling 911 and ask for transport to the hospital.

I've already been to the local ER and they ran tests and were unable to give me a diagnosis.
