I am not sure if it is my "actual period" or not, I started spotting last Monday, 9/7/09, very lightly until about Thursday. I am still lightly bleeding and I do mean lightly today.. a WEEK later.. I am not even supposed to start my period until the 16th or later. My periods have always been regular, if not a day or two late.. I am 100% faithful to my husband, but my husband has had a vasectomy since before I even met him, but I've heard of those failing. I don't necessarily "feel" pregnant. Although we would be ecstatic if I was.. But I don't think that is the case.. Anyway.. Has this happened to anyone else?

This doesn't necessarily mean you're pregnant... is your spotting brown ( old blood) or pink/red? If it's brown, it's happened to me and I def wasn't pregnant, apparently you can get it about a week or so before your actual period comes. I say if this is really irregular for you, go get it checked out. For me, it would be normal, my periods are crazy like that!

It started more brownish, now it was red for a day or two, now it's brown/red.. probably TMI. But I'm just irritated with my body right now.. It's definitely really irregular for me. My periods come like clockwork

OK... is it brownish/pinkish mix discharge bleeding?. gross detail I know... but if so.. I'm not sure why but this happens sometimes... especially if you are on any hormone birth control... if not it can still happen... I can't tell you why though...

But funny thing believe it or not... but about six of my friends and myself all had similar problems over the past three months...

It's times like this when I wonder about the old wives tales about periods being connected with lunar activity and mystical stuff..
For us to all sync up with the same weird problem like that is strange
