When I was a kid in the late 70s or 80s I watched a movie on TV (I think it was the Disney channel, but not sure). I can only remember one scene. Two (I think) kids walk into the woods and come upon a lake or pond which they heard has some kind of creature in it. The boy goes swimming in the lake and feels something touching his foot, which really freaks him out, but it is really just a milk jug attached to a string under the water (or something similar to that). Can anyone tell me the name of this movie? Thank you.

There was actually one more I read about on another post called The Strange Monster of Strawberry Cove and it was released in the 70's and a Disney film.
