Go to court you might find paralegals that are going to be able to educate you about this issue because it is very serious and I'm sure there's a lot of steps in order to do so.I don't know why you would want to give up 2 of your children who's going to love you for the rest of your life... :S. I suggest you use condoms or get on some birthc control next time instead of giving these kids a life with a mother that didn't love them enough.. I feel for the kids

First, We don't use chat speak here. Please type in full words and sentances.
Second, this is covered in a sticky note at the top of this forum. You can't just give up your rights. Only a court can terminate parental rights and courts are VERY reluctant to do so. They will NOT do so to relieve a parent from the responsibility for child support.
Why not tell us the whole story so we can see if we can help.
As an aside to Phill, you are new here, please try to familiarize yourself with the way this site works. Since this is a law forum, responses need to conform to actuak statutues.

You won't be able to just "give up your rights" you can allow the other parent to have custody but you will be paying child support
