I need to know the instant velocity at t=0,1,2,3,4 and 5 seconds

Assuming constant acceleratrion (which does indeed seem to be the case here), the formula for an object's position starting with zero initial velocity is:

d = 1/2 a t^2.

Given the values for t and d in your chart you can determine the value for a (acceleration). Then to determine the velocity at any point in time use the formula

v = at.
