My fiance is in jail for violation of probation for 1 year, i was wondering if he could still get out on Local Conditional Release even though he violated probation?:confused::confused:

How would I go about doing something like that?

I thought you knew something I didn't. It appears you don't. I don't know what "local conditional release" is, or why a judge would grant it. IS there a reason that he should be released other than it would be nice?

I have the feeling that there isn't any such thing as "local conditional release", but if there is, and your boyfriend qualifies, you're going to need a lawyer to apply for it.
