It's relative velocity problem.
1. Find the distance covered by Chuck when Dana starts, that is the distance the does after travelling for three hours (12.00 to 3.00)
2. Find the velocity of Chuck relative to Dana.
3. Calculate the distance that needs to be covered after 3.00. (1920 miles - [ans to 1.)
4. With the relative velocity from 2. you can find the time required for them to cover the rest of the remaining distance from 3.
I hope it helped! :)
