Can I have a diet chart that helps me in keeping myself physically fit?

Depends.. what are your fitness goals? Are they to body build? If so you need to be eating lots of protein...

Is it to lose weight and keep it off?-- what are your goals?

With any fitness goal it is more than safe to say that you need to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

To be fit is to be healthy.

Health is obtained with good nutrition.

Do you have any medical issues- knowing of any issues could also give you a better diet plan.

We need more details. For most people, a good diet should include plenty of protein, healthy fats and lots and lots of green vegetables. Cut down or get rid of junk food, soda, sugar, white flour and anything with transfats.
