I only remember a few things about this animated film... I remember thinking it was pretty 'dark' for a cartoon. Very detailed animation, & either a boy or a young man is on a quest/journey/adventure... & towards the end he has to slay this dragon. The dragon's only weakness is that he's missing one (gold?) scale from his belly, & the boy/young man runs a sword (or something) through this opening to kill it. *shrug* so vague, I know! If you have any input, I'd love to hear it. This has been driving me nuts for years. :confused:

Wow, that has to be it! I looked it up on YouTube... the more I watch, the more I remember. That ugly little thing! Scared me TO DEATH as a little kid. Thanks so much!! I now have NO phantom movie's from childhood I can't remember! THANKS.
