Is there a statue of limitations on rape cases in Canada?
Yes, its six months from the date of the offence which is called 'sexual assault', a broader term then just rape. Almost all cases like this go directly to court, but you are probably thinking of a rape that was never reported and you are wondering if you still can ? Maybe you would like to explain further.
