I know in MA law states that mothers automatically have full custody of children when they are born even if the parents are together unless they are married. Is this also true for NH?? Someone I know has 3 kids with this guy who said he was taking his kids to NC to visit family then once there said he was not coming back and if she wanted to see kids she had to move to NC. She is terrified and hasn't seen her babies in awhile. She thinks she can't get him for kidnapping because they never went to court for custody. PLEASE HELP

Are they married/were they married when the kids were born? Was custody ever established?

Either way, he cannot just move with the kids without her permission. How long has it been?
