View Full Version : Restore a shreded shortcut

File shreded the shortcut for inter video dvd player now I can't get it to run. If you know how I can reverse this without a system restore please inform me. I'll never do THAT again>:eek:

Easy. Just go to the start button. Then programs. Then right click onto the InterVideo and click send to desktop. Bam. You're back in business.

No shortcut comes up.Tried that. Have a good one NO?

You don't have to have a shortcut to get a program to run. Your lack of a shortcut doesn't have anything to do with it running, and you can create zillions of shortcuts all over the place if you like.

If the program is in programs under the Start Menu, and you right clicked and told it to send to the desktop, and that did not work, then something else is wrong. Is this what you did?
