I really don't remember much, but when I was a kid I remember seeing this animated movie and loving it, so please help me find it!

I need to make it clear that it WAS NOT disney. I'm pretty sure that's a fact, feel free to contadict me if you think you have the answer though.

It was animated with talking animals. In the animated style of "Cat's Dont Dance" "All Dogs Go To Heaven" and the "Swan Princess" or "Thumbelina".

It's definitely late 80s' or early 90s' and was in complete colour.

There's only one scene I remember from it, and it's where a baddie, who I'm pretty sure is a lion, chucked the goodie, who I think was a cat, into a dungeon of some description.

I think it had songs in it, but, again, I could be wrong.

I know it's not much to go on, but I'm desperate guys, so please help me!

I think the film your talking about is called "drasons" I could be wrong but it matches the description hey if so you have awesome taste do you like romeo and Juliet is so do you think it had a happy or tragic ending my mates think tragic but I think happy lol sorry I'm dragging this on a little bit :) yours
