Ok here is my question.. I am attending a university and I may have to transfer.. I am 12 hours from graduation and the school that I may have to transfer to I have went to for at least half of my college.. Will that put me behind? Is there a percentage of time that you have to attend a college in order to graduate from there? If so does it count that I have attended part of my college there already?

The school you transfer to will only accpet so many of your classes toward their giving a degree. You need to apply and ask how many previous classes will apply, its classes not time that brings the degree.

So I would be able to transfer to a completely different school and go to it for one semester and be able to graduate from there, if the classes all transferred?

Doubful, they will accept many of your old classes toward their degree but usually not enough for you to graduate on time. If you had been at the first school for only one semester and then moved the chnaces would have been very good but not when you are nearing the end of your degree program. Still, you must ask the prospective new school how much they will accept.
