Concerning your question, are you wanting to know how you start a painting company or to get involved with an existing painting company?

Contact your local chamber of commerce and find out if there are any legal requirements to starting your own company. If you intend to keep your company small you may be able to do it as a handyman/women and keep your billing under 500 dollars or the limit that is set by the state. So if you have a job that will pay 2000 dollars you would bill in 4 increments of 500 dollars so that you would stay legal. Good luck .
