First let me say Ocwen is one of the worst mortgage co in the world. They wanted my house so bad to foreclose and make money in 1999. But after kicking us out they found out that it was sinking and built on a stream! Since it is a row house in Phila PA. They just abandon it. Now we find out that squaters have been living in the property for 5 years and it is destroyed! Stripped down to nothing! Ocwen hasn't paid the taxes since they took over! And their lawyer never put the house deed in Ocwens name. They are sticking us for ten thousand in back taxes. Phila govt can't do anything! Last time I saw the property the front door was off, must have been kicked in by the police! With the history of Ocwen the govt still give them contracts like Freddy-Mac? Look what they did to VA and HUD?

Wow, you are having all sorts of problems from these lending institutions, aren't you?? Well, this one is easy. You DO have records of the foreclosure, don't you?? IF not, the courthouse does, and you'll be able to retrieve them...

Oh contraire, My Friend, when you present the Phila government with that stuff, they absolutely WILL do something...

Yes I have a few major cases! This one is a old one.. I should be listed on the class action suit against Ocwen. But they take years. As far as the city of Phila.. I contacted the Mayor Nutters office and they were the ones that said they couldn't do anything about this. They stated that Ocwen failed to change the deed in 1999. The property tax department has the owner being Ocwen and to forward taxes to second owner us! The lawyer for Ocwen in 1999 has no records and doesn't work for them anymore! I have a document from Ocwen that states clean up and get out here is $500. I found out it was not legal. I called legal aid on and off for years and they wouldn't take the case. The city called them and ask them to look into it and still nothing. City closed out the case!

So, they DIDN'T foreclose. The just sent you a check and told you to leave... Again, following that advice wasn't good, because you can't prove that you didn't own it all these years, and that you weren't responsible for the taxes...

Couple things about your troubles... They seem to be based upon participating is serious financial transactions without having a clue what they meant or what the ramifications of them would be...

That's really OK. Not many people know about financial stuff like that... However, most of those people hire lawyers to guide them. You didn't and you're paying a price for not knowing about stuff.

The next thing, is what are you going to DO about these troubles?? Have any of your accounts been seized? Wages garnished?? Assets taken?? Do you have any of those things and are waiting for the shoe to drop??

You mentioned about not being able to squeeze money out of a rock or something like that... What do you want to DO about these things. If you're being hasseled, and you're basically judgment proof, then I can tell you how to get these people out of your lives...

Tell me what's up.

The City called it a deed in lieu of.. I was told by a lawyer to give them the house back.. it had $35000 in damage from the settlement and there was no way to stop them. That is a fact thousands have lost everything to Ocwen and they never show up for court and nothing ever happens to them. HUD and VA fined them, and now they are running Freddie-Mac. Even their Atty General Office will not take a complaint against them! BTW the City of Phila knew about this for 10 years now.. and they did nothing! I have the broker and he stated that it was a deed in lieu of. Thanks for your reply
