Hi,

Actually a friend of mine is seeking help.
He believes his neighbour (x), is doing a fraud while staying in UK. Neighbour(x) has acquired a British passport now based in the ground he is from Iraq originally, however there are stron feelings and virtual proofs to confirm the neighbour is not from Iraq (he is from country say B and is registered with the embassy of country B in UK

Neighbour (x) has a sister also living in UK under different European nationality too (she has a also a passport from country B and registered with its embassy in UK).

Furthermore this neighbour (x) is costing the tax payers lot of money as he is also claiming benefit as a disabled person (while working for a full time in a grocery shop 6 days a week).

My friend is asking who are the right people to contact now, police? Immigration? Or any other advise?
