My husband and I have moved into a beautiful new apartment complex with upgraded energy effiecient appliances, gorgeous grounds, and nice layout however for the past 6mo we experienced a car breaking of one of our neighbors car, vandalism to our own auto, and loud noisy neighbors who parties during the work week. We pay 1600mo for 1bdrm apartment we complained about the noise to management and even called the police a few times and nothing has changed. Were on a 12mo lease and honestly I just don't feel safe.:(

You're not going to be able to break your lease. The judge will ask you why you didn't investigate the neighborhood BEFORE you moved in.. If your landlord doesn't offer security, and it's THEIR fault that you don't feel safe, then you might have a chance. Tell me what the landlords did that violated your lease.
