My name is Stacie and I have petitioned and helped my husband to obtain legal resident status. However, during the entire marriage he has never been faithful to me and has told everyone that he was with me only for the papers... now that he has received them he has abandoned the marriage and left our shared home to be with the same woman who told me that he was only with me for the papers and would leave me as soon as he thought it was safe to do so... I have letters, messages, pictures and all sorts of documentation to prove his relationship with this girl. What are my legal rights and how do I go about prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law?

File a divorce and once the divorce is final, inform USCIS that your marriage has been terminated, submit copy of divorce decree as evidence.
