I'm 5'1"
And I weigh 135
I want to loose weight for school.
All the other girls have flat stomachs and I don't.
I don't look good in a lot of shirts I have anymore.
School starts in 5 days but I really want to loose it before my birthday which is in 10 days.
If I can't make it in that time its fine but I still need help.
What should I do besides runn and eat healthy?
I'm really self conscious about my weight I usually wear big sweatshirts to hid my weight.

There is NO way you will lose any meaningful weight in that short time frame, unless you consider amputation..

Running and eating healthy is very good. It takes patience, and that's a great approach.
You may consider joining a sport or club just to stay more active. Maybe go to the gym?
You said "eating healthy". I'm not quite sure what you mean by that, and I'm not a nutritionist by far. I just know cutting out junk food-soda and sweets-should help. Maybe snack on apples or yogurt or something like that instead. I think I remember hearing five small meals a day is better than three large meals and helps to curb your appetite better. Also, you should make sure you stop eating (have dinner or last snack, whatever) 2-3 hours before bed. We don't digest as well when we are sleeping. Hope that helped..
Oh, and it's not necessarily about the number. If you look and feel good, then you are fine. Weight can be muscle and bone density/structure as well as body fat. It's fine to have a goal weight (if it's realistic), but don't obsess over it. I weigh more than people would expect me to.

I was about your age when I took up running. It not only makes your body healthier, but it's a great time to think about things. It also helps a lot with calming down the emotions that teens have. If you don't like running, walking does the same thing. Between 13 and 16 (sometimes a little older) you will also most likely gain a few inches. I went from 5'2" to 5'7" in that time. If you control your weight by eating right and exercising, the added height will naturally slim you down.
If walking or running sounds interesting to you, I could give you the basics of how to get started. You will need to build up to it to avoid hurting yourself. Let me know. :)
