What do you think it means when someone says the great players do the little things?
I really hope I can get some answers on this, and if you do answer, then thanks alot

They do the little things that distinguishes them from the rest.
Just stuff that is over and above the others. I don't think it can be taught! It is just something they naturally have. It's their instinct.

When great players do the little things then what I think that means is that they do everything that is important maybe for the team or players like just to help out in the game so they could win or to work as a team and still win.
(Honestly I have no idea, I'm just answering questions) :D

To give you specifics,
A good scorer is truly a great player when he give effective screens so that others can score.
A good point guard is a great player when he does not mind bang bodies to pick up rebounds.
