I have a vista laptop, and I don't know how to change the time to AM and PM from a 24hour clock.

Please help :)

Right click on the clock and choose Options
-uncheck the box that says Use 12 Hour Format

There isn't a box that say's that :(. You sure you've got vista?

I know I don't have vista, and I've never tried that in vista, but you might be able to do it from Regional Settings, in the control panel.

And how do I get to that? LOL I don't know what I'm doing I'm only 14

There's no 'language settings'

If you've got the new style control panel, it's under "Clock, Language, and Region"
