I have missed 12 payments to my car loan by the way I pay biweekly. They threaten to garnish my co signers wages. But I paid at least 1 of the twewlve missed payment can they still proceed with garnishing my co signers wage

If you missed 12 payments I am surprised they have not repo that car. Only a court order can have wages garnished, not a loan company
