So I have perviouy posted about a cps worker questioning and trying to accuse wrongfully. A few days after I posted she backed off. But she is back on it again. The child she is taking about is my boyfriends 4 year old. She is not my daughter. The cps worker said that "joanie" is very good at manipulating and an excellent liar. However every time the lady talks to us it seems like SHE is picking and chosing what the "truth" and what the "lies" are. And I found out the other day that she told the joanies therapist not to ask any questions what so ever. So for example the joanie can say the sky is purple and they don't even ask her why she thinks that. And furthermore the cps worker would tell us well joanie saying that is a lie. But the next day will come and inform us that the joanie said the sky is orange and because she is so for sure that that's true she obviously is not lying. I understand that she has every right to question everyone in the situation and we have every right to have a lawyer present when the questioning is taking place. But my question is when does her "investigation" and questioning become harassment? She supposedly has taken the situation with all the details to a dectective and the D.A. and both have told her that she has absolutely no evidence of anything. So when does it becme harassment and if/when it gets to that point what can we do about it?

You're not correct. You have the right NOT to be questioned at all. If your lawyer didn't tell you that, fire that lawyer.

What you DO about it is not put yourself in the situation in the first place.
