Hey all - my hair is naturally a mixture of dark blonde and brown, and quite a while ago now I decided to dye it all dark brown. I like it, but I think it is just too much hassle for me too keep up! Plus I am finding it impossible to match a colour with the one I have now which means that my roots are beccoming ever more obvious (I have been using permanent colour). I am considering going back to my natural colour, and I figure a trip to the hairdressers is probabaly in order for this! But - what will they actually do to take it back, and does anyone have any idew how much it could cost? Thanks! X

In order to go back to your natural color, your hair will need to chemically lightened. The hairstylist may strip the color from your hair, and then deposit your desired color. Or, he/she may use a high lift color and heat to try to achieve results. Hair coloring services range in price depending on your hair length, so you should research the salons in your area.
