My husband has filed for divorce in Ohio and I moved to Texas almost 6 months ago with my children. I received the complaint filed against me but they weren't served to me they were in my mailbox. Should I answer the complaint? What can I do here in Texas without having to travel to Ohio?

Mailbox is legal service in many states. You should answer the complaint. What can you do from Texas? You can hire a lawyer. Or you can just sign whatever he is offering.
I would recommend the lawyer.

Even if it were illegal service, if you don't answer he gets a default divorce so you want to respond, and you do so by hirign an attorney.
Why didn't you file for divorce when you moved out? Why did you move out? By moving out of state and not filing immediately, you have now given him an upper hand. You really need an attorney to protect your interests.
