I have a 46 inch Husqvarna riding mower which cames with mulching blades. I would like to replace the mulching blades with regular blades. Could someone give me some websites where I can purchase these blades?

Thanks

1. what is the model # of your mower?
2. And what zip code are you in?

Husqvarna has a decent website for parts and dealers, but to use it you need to input one or both of the above: Husqvarna - Global Leader in Outdoor Power Equipment (http://www.husqvarna.com/us/)

Lowes.com
Or you can go to your local Lowe's home improvement store and if they do not have it in stock they can special order it. I have a Husky also and I know I can get what I need for it at Lowe's

Hi,
In addition to other mentioned item, they have two different 46" decks; 2 and 3 blade versions.
Peace,
Clarke

My mower is 46 inch with 2 blades. Model # YTH20K46, Serial # is 051509A002639, zip code is 41501. My local Lowe's has the mulching blades, what would be the conversion number for regular blades.

Thanks

Hi,
A search of the Husqvarna site yielded 42 dealers in the list:
Total Source Dealer Locator ? Locate Local Husqvarna Dealers - Landowners (http://www.husqvarna.com/us/landowner/support/dealer-locator/?zip=41501)
And the IPL is at:
http://weborder.husqvarna.com/order_static/doc/USA/2006/I06000/I0602057.pdf
The blade listed is #532 40 53-80 and is referred to in the industry as a combination blade, meaning that it should discharge, mulch and bag. No other listed, though the important factors are the deck size, quantity required and the shape of the mount hole at the center (usually a 5-point star.)
Peace,
Clarke
