HI,
I don't understand what you are asking me. I have the photograde hydroquinone and I am currently drinking msm powder and and acetyl glucosamine too, with a glutathione enhancing powder and I also used a glutathione lotion.

Hey doloress.. your regimen sounds really interesting..
Is it working ?
Msm is brilliant for skin and hair . But is the combo helping ?
Does acetyl glucosamine work ? Have never heard of it before so was curious

Hi,
Yes this regimen has really helped me, people who haven't seen me in a long time do not recognise me at all as I have also change my hair. They say I look like a mixed race girl now, but I was kelly rowland or a bit darker skin tone before. I also used shea butter mixed with jojoba oil and vitamin e oil to moisturized my skin and apply glycolic acid 20% on my whole body once a week. Hope this help. By the way glutathione pills are a total waste of money, the only thing they lighten is your wallet; the glutathione lotion and taking msm podwer, and acetyl glucosamine and alpha lipoic acid pills will help raise the glutathione level along with protein powder. And acetyl glucosamine and alpha lipoic acid are precusors of glutathione so they will help build up glutathione in the body.
Hope this help.

Doloress, can you please post your regimine along with the Hq and how you formulated it? Can you pm me your sources where you order from? So, you have lightened very well, how do you maintain your results? And how often did you use the glycolic acid 20%? As you see I have many questions, I hope you will answer, thanks.

Hi everyone,
Sorry I actually use 50% glycolic acid that I purchased from eBay. I also use retin a sometimes but not too often. And it is and acetyl cysteine not and acetyl glucosamine pills that I take. I used to mix and acetyl glucosamine to a face mask because I read that it lightened as well. Golden girl I will find the old post where I explained how I mix my cream.
If you guys have anything you can add just tell me.

Ok, thanks. I'm not sure how 50% glycolic acid since my skin is brown and have read that it can possibly cause irreversable damage for brown skin versus fair skin. I wonder how the 20% or 30% will work for me.
Doloress, has the N acetyl cysteine helped you skin to lighten as well? What is the dosage amount that you are taking and for how long?

Hope this helps.
