My realtor suckered me into a quick claim deed in which he is upside down in value of the home. He told me he owed 150000.00 but really he owes 190000.00. I can not refinance because of the negative equity and each month I pay, he gets more interest to claim on his taxes. How can I get this in my name or what are my options?
