I have the iud mirena for about a year and a hold, I didn't have a monthly the hole 1st year and 4 months ago I started to have a monthly, then this last month I didn't have a monthly Not sure what to do, someone please help!

I would ask the Physician who recommended the Mirena.

This could be a problem and you should be examined.

Hey,I have a mirena coil too,I don't have a period every month,and if I do its very light.. check the string if you can,and if you can feel the coil,if you can its falling out. Go to the doctor.

You can get pregnant with a coil in place,although its not common,but not unheard of.

You could do a pregnancy test,but if you have pain,or still not satisfied see your doctor.
