Its an 80's kid movie about three or so boys who are really into army stuff and who's fathers are in the military. They discover a russian submarine of the coast of there town and... well I don't really remember but if you can help it would be great. THANKS

What about the movie The Russians are Coming, the Russians are Coming!

The plot sounds somewhat like the 1987 film Russkies about three boys who discover a stranded Russian sailor in their secret hideout and they befriend him and learn that not all Russians are evil. A bit dated now but still a pretty good film.
