I have been struggling with weight since I got pregnant and had my son. I weighed 135lbs before I got pregnant and now I am up to 202lbs. I have an engagement party to go to in a month and I want to be 50lbs smaller at least!!

There is NO healthy way to do so.

Cut off your limbs. There is no way to lose that amount of weight in one month, nor is it safe. Sorry. You could have lipo, that might work...

Eat healthy, exercise.

How long has it been since your son was born? I'm sure the people at the party will understand that you are not in top physical shape since you just had a baby. It's normal.

Except that lipo has a recovery period of several months. In that time you can typically lose the weight the natural way.

I've seen video of a lipo procedure and it left me permanently scarred.

That is a lot of weight to lose in one month, but you can lose some of it before the engagement party.

Eat only fruit and veggies, no meat.
Drink lots and lots of water.
Exercise, talk long walks.
Buy a pair of SPANX, wear black (which is very slimming) and suck it in.LOL!

Keep at it and by time the wedding comes along you'll have lost 50lb and will be back to your "before the baby" weight.

As everyone else already said, there's no healthy way to lose that kind of weight in a month.

It typically takes twice as long to take the weight off as it does to put it on. I'm sure that everyone will understand that you're a bit heavier because you just had a baby.

Eat right, exercise, breast feed (it helps) and accept the fact that your body is different now and will likely never be the way it was before you had a baby.

Good luck.
