Hi I'm 13 years old and I spotted this bump on my penis that sort of looks like a pimple and it hurts if I touch it. Its on the bottom portion( nearest to testicles) of my penis and its sort of freakin me out. I don't know how it got there and I don't know if I should pop it or wait and see what it does. Can someone give me some advice on what to do and what it is?

Clean it better if your still a virgin and I'm guessing you are.. or it could just be from friction.. you masturbate too much lol
