My soon to be ex husband left our marriage for a 20yr old. A month ago he filed a false domestic violence order and it was given to him. He was granted temporary custody of our daughter. We went to court but did not see the judge we ageeded to 50/50 custody. Which I really did not want but I acted on inpulse because I wanted to see my daughter. He asked me to sign a paper that I would not speak to the United States Army about the abuse and he would not fight me in court for our daughter. I acted on inpulse and signed. What will happen if I try to go back to court. Will they take my baby back again from me. Will they place the restraining order back on me again. My lawyer said that if I try to talk to the military he can say that I am trying to extort him, but I don't understand that because I feel that he blackmailed me into not talking to him in order for me to see my daughter again. What can I do. Please help me.

You signed disclosure papers. Didn't you understand what you were signing ? If not then you should have asked your lawyer. If you want to keep on fighting you can but in the end its usually the children that lose. I don't see you posting neglect etc from your ex so what is it that's really going on ?
