Hello everybody, I am new to this site and think I sincerely need help. In February this year, I had sex with an old woman in a sauna. I used condom quite all right and there was no problem with the condom. She gave me a blow job while the condom was on before we had sex. But after the sex, as I was removing the condom, I felt a slight pain at the tip of my penis, and this continued as I was having my shower in her room after the sex. I was sure the condom had no problem. As I walk home that night, the pain continued and I felt a kind of movement on my penis. I went to the GUM clinic for test after the first three days. They carried out clamydia test, swap tests, all negative. The tests were carried out on three different occasions and all came back negative. My GP recommended Canesten and I mistakenly started using the female one (1 wt %), the pain increased. Later I changed to the male canesten (2 wt % for thrush), the pain keeps coming. My GP is tired of this, the GUM clinic has said they will not carry out any test again. I am left with this pain till now. I have managed to secure an appointment to see a uriologist on sept 8, 2009 I notice that each time I masturbate, the pain kind of increase, and the pain reduces if I do not masturbate for three days.

What I noticed during that sex was that the woman hands and breasts were smelling like dirty and unwashed vagina. It appears to me she used her hands in her vagina and rubbed it on her breast. And it appears she did not wash her hand while giving me a blow job. I suspect I picked up an infection from her hands while she was fixing the condom. I am very confused and tired of this type of problem. Since that incident, I have never had sex with anybody again because I am scared. I want to sort out this problem before any sex again. I am thinking of going back to the woman to know if she has any solution for me but not decided yet. What can I do next? I am terrified!

You obviously have some sort of infection. You will have to wait until you see the urologist to determine what it is and how to get rid of it. The key was the smell eminating from the woman's breasts.

On second thought, you just might have gonorrhea as that stinks and causes a lot of pain in your penis. Apparently the old woman knew she had this disease and was happily spreading this to you. She was putting her finger in her vagina as this disease itches a woman in that area.

Have your doctor check you out for this disease before you waste any more time. Am very surprised that they didn't test you for this at your clinic. Shame on them.
